We’ve got some big news.
Over the last few months, we’ve (not so) secretly been working on Disciple Labs, a new project aimed at helping churches track spiritual health in their church. This new project will function as an independent company that is part of the TrainedUp family.
We couldn’t be more excited to launch what we see as a much-needed tool for the church.
We’re currently wrapping up development on the initial phase of Disciple Labs which will be launching in late March or early April.
What exactly is Disciple Labs?
Disciple Labs will help ministry leaders track and identify trends, needs, and opportunities related to the spiritual health of their congregation. It will include tools and resources to act on that data and improve the overall spiritual health of their church.
This new tool features a simple, insightful spiritual health survey that is automatically sent out to your people at a predefined interval (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly). Once your people fill out the survey, you’ll be able to see high-level results in your dashboard, view a health breakdown by team or individual, and assess the areas that need the most improvement.
Having all of this data accessible in a simple dashboard makes it easy for you to recognize trends over time and helps you to create a game plan to improve the health of your church. It doesn’t stop there because you’ll also have a way to see if your plan is making a difference based on the next health data that is collected.
We believe that this is the first step in a larger vision to help pastors make better disciples.
How will Disciple Labs operate?
Disciple Labs is a part of the TrainedUp family and while it is an independent company it is run by our TrainedUp team. No one is leaving to work on it full time, instead, we’ll split our resources to work on both companies. Kevin Fontenot, our director of marketing, will be leading Disciple Labs but will continue to split his time between both TrainedUp and Disciple Labs. As both companies grow, we’ll take the steps necessary to ensure that we deliver a great customer experience by hiring dedicated team members.
